What did Brock Landers actually have to do with the production of this single? I remember it getting quite a bit of airplay but the only country I know it was a hit in was New Zealand where it reached the top 10 in 1999.
I don't ever remember it being called 'Song 3'. The producers called it "Smack My Dick Up" but the record company dithered & baulked and changed it to SMDU. Potential buyers then didn't know what to look for, hence sales were lower & the CD's are rare now. This track was made in the studio in my London house, taking just three hours, and the video was shot in a day. The spelling 'Landars' was quite deliberate.
