People can survive a height like the one he fell from, although it is rare. It happens just as much as expected, and there's no need to call it a miracle from God. If he had jumped from a much higher height the chances of him surviving would have been even less, and he would have died. I hate it when people call stupid things like this miracles from god. How do you distinguish a miracle from God from a rare event?
I find it intensely ironic that people could even say that God saved him from dieing. It is our godless world that caused him to attempt to do so! I guarantee he wouldn't have survived if he tried it off say, the empire state building.
Wow, that's an amazing story. And about the seal too. I have severe depression and a few years ago I had tried to commit suicide and failed. I wouldn't say it's worth it, but then again I wouldn't be who I am now, I'm doing so much better. This man is doing amazing, I'm so glad he survived.

he was on a talk show, and there was a guy in the studio that apparently was there when he jumped and captured him on camera jumping off the bridge and he said on the talk show that it was a seal that helped him.
I think he don´t belief everything is God, but he beliefs that God used the seal to save his life. So it wasn´t in real the seal who saved his life, it was God.God acted through the seal.
i don't 'believe' anything. there are simply things i know and things i don't. i know that a seal is a seal, and that if god did exist he would probably have better things to do than hang around in a seal waiting for someone to jump of a bridge. like sort out the whole world. actually come to think of it god probably is in a seal. procrastinating.

sea lions have been known to save humans from near death experiences as well as dolphins. there are stories of these miracle sealions all over the world.
How can people believe the seal keeping him afloat was merely a coinsidence? It was an act of God, Fate, Karma, what ever you want to believe. Kevin was meant to live, that's why he survived. Everything and everybody has a purpose and a meaning for their life. Unfortunatly Kenvin had to go that far before he found out what his purpose is.

Iam glad he is alive. At the same time I couldn't comprehend the logic of god/fate. This guy wanted to end his life but is luckily saved but at the same time a 2 year old kid just slipped thro'the rail while walking along with its family and was dead.
