@narc141414 Youtube isn't the best place for info look up parkour sites online. Try avoid UF though, thats not the way you wanna go :) Try find out if theres any 'scene' in your area and get to a jam sometime :)

@narc141414 UF is an organization called urban freeflow. they tried changing all the definitions of parkour and changed what 'free running was, basically selling out the discipline. But anyway where you from? Look for a website for parkour in your country, there normally is and find out if there are any other practioners (traceurs) in your area. Good luck :)

This playground was demolished several months ago, but supposedly a new one is being built. To join a parkour jam, just look for a parkour website in your area and sign up, then look for a "jams" forum.

From my own experience It's very plesant to not wear any shirt in the summer. When It's about 25+ or more celsius outside, I promise you that you want to train without a shirt...

For me, I personally feel free when I train with shorts, no shirt and completely barefoot. :D
