If you think about it, it must have been hot enough for the Fire Dept. to respond. By the time someone noticed, placed the call , the truck got there... and then it took them 5 min to open the car.... how long was that poor baby in there!!!
I think breaking the window would be the right course of action. Then cite the owner for thousands of dollars for all the resources used. What a jag...

This makes me sick. It only takes minutes for the interior of a car to heat up over 100 degrees. This person should have charges brought on them. By the license plate it looks like they are not from Mass either thank goodness.
I am a dachshund lover and this person should be locked in a car and left in Death Valley and if they are lucky, someone will be nice enough to get them help.
