man this is amazing what a time for music and just life in general i live in south philly and i always here from my mother and father how great it was..this is musci nothing like doo wop im a dion fan but i love this song
ever since I heard this song I loved it. Johnny Z (WFAS 103.9 and l06.3 on Sunday nites 7-ll) plays this song reguarly for me. It is one of the best lindy dances I know. I sang with the Castletones in the late l950's and my husband is singing DJ Bobby James. We play this song every Friday nite and everyone loves it...> Where are these guys now???? Great sound
I love this! These are my Home Boys! There was a great group like this Doo-Wopping on every other corner in South Philly during the Fifties and I miss it.
From a real cool, nobody's fool, tough South Philly broad!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! These are my home boys! Every other street corner in South Philly had a great group like this Doo-Wopping on it all through the Fifties. Love this. They're great!!!

Great job! Looked like you and the guys were having a lot of fun with this song. "Long Tall Girl" by the Carnations has always been one of my favorite uptempo doowop songs.
These definitely were the good old days!
