I'm trying to recall a VERY vague memory from when I was young.

Does this film feature a golden Dagger, that can come alive? A Character will hold it, then the hilt will animate into a demonic form and bite down on whoever holds it?

I also seem to recall a scene were there is a shadow, of what seems to be the protaganist, on the wall which gets shot at.

I really don't know. Does anybody know?

What a fun movie. Sam Raimi, after "Evil Dead" wanted to make "Spider Man". They laughed him off. Then "The Shadow". Same response. So he decided to make his own superhero movie and I thought this was a blast. I just wish someone could tell me what this music is from? It is not in the movie at all or on the soundtrack. Siskel and Ebert went nuts over this thing when it came out. They called it "A Director's Film" because he used every camera trick in the book, good or bad.
