do you live in a regional area? I do and it is so frustrating because i'm in your situation. Your best bet is to find a mate/random person who wants to improve their game as much as you do and train together regularly.
well, my friend got a ping pong table for his birthday...we play and train every chance we get now. and we hold tournaments every weekend. the novice are almost increased their skill very fast and those that are as passionate as me train to the point where we can rally for minutes...we are starting to do doubles tournaments also... :) its so much fun now.
that whats i do with my coach with a bag full of 150 3 star balls.....

I have a question for pingskills.
Do you change the grip of the racket between forehand and backhand?

derr everyone does

if you notice as he explained, he just turn the racket over without changing the grip. this should answer your question.
