  • This was real music, I don't know what that shit is that they have today?

  • thank you for bringing back awesome memories of a better time. A break from stress of today.

  • Loved this song when I was a teenager and stil do as an adult!

  • Wow. I was about 13 when this came out. That's all I can say.

  • David pack all the way.

  • @StarRider1250 Damn you got a GREAT memory, how this? Lipps Inc, Hot Chocolate, Wild Cherry, Ohio Players, damn u feel me!

  • There is no artist out today that comes to mind as I am writing this that can even stand in the same room with these guys. artist today lack creativity and originality. using OTHER PPLS HITS to sell records, it's pathetic. music is nowhere near where it used to be. computers are doing EVERYTHING for artist nowadays.. and i believe that was the contributing factor of why ppl stopped BUYING music. it wasn't speaking to them anymore. a bunch of recycled garbage. LONG LOVE THE 60's,70's & 80's!

  • Hell of a bass line!

    Nice :)

  • i saw these guys open up for the doobie bros. in mobile ala. just as the album LIFE BEYOND L.A. was hitting the airwaves..........great concert, i still remember it 30 plus years later.......GOOD TIMES......

  • There is nothing like 80's music!!! The BEST!

  • "Well just give me the sign and I'll be gone" good song

  • Does the original exist anymore - with the "that's how much" at the end rolling on for an additional 10-20 sec?

  • smooth shite man smooth I only listen to smooth stuff and i added thsi to the smooth velvety collection

  • yes this was when music was some songs that have meaning not the things they are playing today!!!

  • thumbs up if you like it.who wouldnt put their thumbs up;D?!!!!!!!

  • This song is sooooo much a part of my 'coming of age'...my first boyfriend...this was our song until "Babe" (Styx) came about. I see the sidebar list contains so many other memory-lane moments during that time. LOL, and my daughters always tease that I am stuck in the 80's! Man I feel a-n-c-i-e-n-t suddenly. Oh but I love this song and Exile's "Kiss You All Over"....thanks for putting this up.

  • Excellent song, nothing like the songs of the 8os

  • Really appreciate the upload. Classic song....

  • great fuckin song n im 21.

  • @eazy40handz Great song and I'm 15! :)

  • I miss the 70's

  • I think this song "That's How Much" from Ambrosia and "Reminissin" from the Little River Band were two of the most played that year, Oh, and the Doobie Brothers and Kenny Logins to. 1978 was great for popular music period, love this decade! In fact other block buster groups came through with similar lyrics like this, ToTo, Player, John Paul Jones with his classic "Love is in the Air" Gino Vanelli and to many others to mention! This was real music!

  • And to think, there are people in this world who don't have the slightest clue as to who this band is, nor are they aware of how great their songs are. The same is true for not only this band, but for other similar groups from that time in music. They don't write'm like that anymore. Thank God I was born during a time which gave me the fortune of being able to grow up surrounded by real music like this. The radio was always on at our house it seems. I remember this one fondly.

  • beautiful...song.

  • GREAT SONG! and thanks for the lyrics

  • this is me and suzys song

  • This is our song, baby!!!

  • @withrow70 That is our song, baby!!!

  • Super tight rythym and a ston cold groove!

  • I Dont Think I Can Ever Get Sick Of This Song! LoL

  • As much as I love this song, it makes me sad. Especially when he sings, "Sometimes when we make love, I still see your face." It's obviously he still loves her very much and should still be with her.

  • Simply classic and one that deserves a lot of credit!

  • This song is ageless, timeless, and 1000 times better than anything on the radio, today! And that's how much I feel for this song! :-)

  • @whatsaidfred Exactly! Took the words right out of my mouth. And to think I've first heard this song as a sophmore in college, although I never went far with my college career anyway as I left in midterm 1979.

  • A time when we had REAL music!!!

  • thnx man, totally agreed

  • @hefisser I am so with you. I am 18 and I need this to calm me down. I wish I had the opportunity to see this. Let's have a coup to knock out Miley.

  • @hardlines4 Yes, I agree!!!

  • THIS IS A classic!

  • @hardlines4 Could not agree more. I was a real little when this came out, but I remember the good feelings this song brings back.

  • @hardlines4 Finally. Happy Memorial Day to you!

  • This is such a beautiful song....still love hearing it after all these years
