That takes so long, buy a classic whisper wash to clean those steps and sidewalks and driveways and pooldecks that are not cool deck or painted surface. Sorry for being a cleaning nazi
If you have moss problem your patio may have lot of moisture and not enough sun. Try some bleach based chemicals first or 50/50 water and bleach. Test some small spot first because some discoloration may occur . Then scrub brush and rinse with a lot of water . Power washer works best. It's a great tool but in experienced hands only. You can also buy moss killer in some big box stores. Good luck Queen fan !
Thanks for comment. I used special commercial grade chemicals on this one and good power washer. This steps have never been cleaned ... about 50 years of dirt , mold , moss , salt in the winter ... Queen rocks ! Best band ever.

Quick question- how can I get the beginnings of moss growth out of my 2 year old 'Unilock' paver patio? There are a few small sections where moss started to grow, and I need to nip this in the bud before it gets out of hand. Someone said some bleach and water mixture would kill the moss, but not actually remove it. Thanks!

I'm using flat surface cleaners where and when I can. On these steps it was the best method and to show the difference "before and after".
