You get a delay in attacking, but there is little delay in healing. If you're using the pizza trick to avoid getting a fatal hit in f2p, eat a first half and then a swordfish. This heals 230 LP, which can easily make the difference between life and death.
i do the same things with cakes cuz if you dont you'll be clickin lots and when you eat one it leaves a gap in you invtory and and if you finish a cake off one by one the cakes will move to the front of your inventory... if you know what im sayin... i think you were tryin to do same thing. am i right.
ok go in combat and eat 5 pizzas at once, there is a slight delay when you do. its the same as eating salmon. you have to wait just as long to attack.
As you see, I'm only eating the first half of the pizza, therefore there is no delay and it allows you to heal 5 heal pizzas (45 hp) in around 2 seconds, the time it takes to eat a single piece of food.
