Well, I've kind of neglected this language for the past year, but my mom just told me that she wants to go to Georgia because her grandma was from there and she has always want to see the town where she lived. So now I'm gonna start learning again cause I wanna take her there! And good thing I'm learning Russian cause we're gonna go there too. :)
Is boot camp like a training course where you only speak Georgian... that being in America as well???? If that's the case that's incredible! :D Is that the case bro?
@laoshu505000 ...oh.... so not necessarily taking place in a particular form, but as a general thing.... in your case a personal self-directed training?
@laoshu505000 Oh wow! :D You really a great genius.... you soak up languages like a sponge soaks up water.... you know exactly how to go about learning languages.... and within weeks or months you can already make conversations in them, you're a legend master! :D
Oh, and master.... I have a few grammar books.... but because they're not in the format of 'learning in context', it takes me ages to memorize all those verbs and conjugations, would you have any memorizing tips you'd recommend?
@SebastienLoong You just have to practice a whoooole lot, by making up sentences with those constructions you've learned. After you do that, you gotta go try them out on a native speaker so that it can stick well.
@laoshu505000 Master Please tell me the secret how do you learn all these languages by yourself I want to learn something like french how do you do it?
georgian is very difficult, he must be hardworking, as he has studied to speak like this without a teacher. His articulation is good too, slight accent doesn't matter, may be bc there are similar sounds in his native language.
"magram" is formal, "mara" is regional, mostly spoken in the west part of georgia.
as to slavic accent, it is not true, bc georgian intonation is quite different, this must be influence of his native language.
Hey, that's good, I can understand you just fine. Normally in conversation people say "mara" and not "magram", and at ~3:15 you can say "vpikrob rom" without the word before it.
So that is it. You're left handed which means that you're right brain which means that you can learn languages easier than we normal humans can. I was trying to figure it out. Did you notice that most of the language learners who know alot of languages on Youtube are lefthanded included Professor Arguelles.
That's an interesting finding, seeing as language processing is controlled largely by the left cerebral hemisphere, which controls the right side of the body. It makes sense that lefthandedness would be more common among engineers and artists, for example, because the right side of the brain is more responsible for the processing of visual-spatial information, but there's no reason why it would be more common among polyglots.
I figured that's what it was you've asked. That's why I replied with January because that's when I started learning.
I've posted the resources I've been using for the Georgian language as well. Georgian is really tough so I'm learning at a slow pace now. I will continue to work hard though.
U killed it dude... good job, keep it up =))))

ისე, საინტერესოა რა იცი ქართულ ენასა და დამწერლობაზე.
ეს უძველესი ენაა და ჩვენ, ქართველებს გვჯერა, რომ უფალი მეორედ მოსვლისას დედამიწაზე, სწორედ ქართულად ილაპარაკებს! :)
ამიტომ, აუცილებლად ისწავლე ქართული კიდევ უფრო მაგრად და სრულყოფილად! :)
