I first saw Motorhead as the opening act for Ozzy's new band Blizzard of Oz 1980ish, anyway Ozzy had several opening bands whose guitarists were too intiminated to even compete or be compared to Randy Rhodes as an opening act. Eddie went out there before Randy Rhodes with Motorhead and LIT up the audience. And people were saying after the show that Randy may be great if not the best, but that dude from Motorhead frigging blew me away. Something about the raw Motorhead rock and roll.
