I thought that part of the college experience was questioning authority,and free speech?
When my mother was in college,she was attending womens',indian,and civil rights protests.
She was even arrested,standing up for equal rights.
Are we seriously still stifling free speech,in this day and age?

The reason why you see alot of comments like "hot this hot that" when 2 females cast is because alot of viewers arent even american, this is more of entertainment/seriousness, for example myself. Sweden.

I think its obvious why the police acted, even if it was "peaceful" We've seen what happens when the generation of instant gratification doesn't immediately, upon sitting outside and shouting for hours, an immediate surrender of capitalism, what they tend to do, i.e. get violent, attack parks, light fires, smash windows of their own patrons.

So true. One can not blame foreign news-stations to show the REAL America, when all major networks in the U.S. have degenerated into trolls for the establishment.
Recently, an Iranian tv-station was the ONLY source providing for aerials of the Oakland march. Their footage put America´s mainstream media to shame, as it showed that TENS OF THOUSANDS were protesting, and not just "3000", as was claimed.
If CNN & Co. would finally do their job, such things would never even matter.

@ymkamara420 RT stands for Russia Today and is Russia's state owned new agency. It has been outed hundreds of times by the BBC, Der Spiegel, and NYT as pro-Kremlin propaganda. The only reason they pretend to be progressive is to attack the US government. Any US citizen that works for a foreign nation to undermine the United States is a traitor in my book.

@uiopuiop2 Not much of a difference with our media then. Did you see the way they covered the Occupy Movement? They made it look silly in the mainstream dialogue, giving anti-Occupy groups much more ammo and desensitizing it in the mainstream. And so what even if they challenge them by pretending to be progressive. If our media is so much better, let's undermine them!

@uiopuiop2 I'm not fully backing RT, and see your point as all groups have some secret motive, but I am in agreement with the media they are sharing. It's all up to the people to decipher the real content. The US could do so much better and I have faith in it (somehow).

I hear you. Often, I found it very annoying that in the face of a very serious issue, some people use the comment box only to state something about the "hot" broadcaster. That sometimes comes across as if woman are only there to serve as some sex objects. I find Ana to be smart and conscientious, the same goes for this Alyona in the video. That being said, I do admit that when I saw her, I just wanted to cuddle up to her. ^^ Does that make me a bad person? Probably not ;o)
