Muse and U2 is both my favorite bands, i don't really like to compare them though because they are so different, Bono as well as Matt has really beautiful voices.

I'd like to see Bono sing one of Muse's songs.

Muse fans are always saying untrue things about this band.I saw this guy singing here in my country.He's out of comparision with Bono.They opened for them (u2).Now that I saw, I can say...No doubt about it :

Bono >>>>>> Bellamy.

This is a musical orgy of the highest proportions.

And with comparisons between Matt and Bono's vocals, they're quite similar. Matt's voice is like Bono's but a raw version of it, Bono's is like Matt's but a more refined version of it. Can't say who is better but Bono is my favorite vocalist along with Freddie Mercury (who will never be topped as far as rock singers go).

What i Love in Muse is that Matt, Dom our Chris they are all VERY GOOD! I saw them in Portugal during The Resistence Tour, and Dom and Chris did a Duo-Solo and Matt wasn't even in the stage and it was FUCKING AWSOME! In U2 it's all about Bono and The Edge... Though i love The Edge and can't stand Bono :D

People seem to forget that this wasn't meant to showcase Matt's singing skills or muse's skills or whatever. It was just of making the gig more special, and it was a way for muse to make up for a bunch of U2 fans. Quit being so judgmental, the crowd loved it ,muse loved it, The edged loved it.

READ THIS: I watched this then I compared it to several U2 versions and it must be said, despite that the Edge was there. it just doesn't compare at all to any U2 version. I love muse and Matt and though he has one of the best technical voices in the buisness he truly lacks the sheer emotional power that Bono generates and translates through his live performances A MUSE concert is rock the whole night, But a U2 showis complete emotional, physical and spiritual release and nothing compares to it
