Had it've been me and my bros, I know there'd have been a fire fight. And it would've been sad cuz we would only be exercising our responsibility to defend ourselves, property, and those seeking our protection --and because the marshals would be acting on what they thought was right based on the compartmentalized information in their minds. If someone starts breaking my door down they are going to get shot with a high powered rifle below or above "center of mass" where they may have a rifle plate. As an attorney I can tell you that this is justified use of force under established law throughout the United States. You have an absolute right to defend yourself unless the police/criminals have a legal justification (warrant) to enter your property.

Did you know that they went door to door collecting guns? And in a very hostile manner I might add. And if you weren't home, they broke your door down and went through your stuff. If it weren't bad enough they were collecting guns, they were breaking into homes too. I don't know how the police could follow out such orders. It's very NAZI-esque. Im a Law Enforcement OATHKEEPER and Gun Confiscation would not take place in my area. NOT ON MY WATCH. I know it would have to be bad for WROL to happen, but Ive been preparing and encourage the same. My area blocks from my residence would be safe enough. Some of my neighbors agree with me and have started purchasing chickens and raising them. This would be a very difficult situation to be in. You need the gun to protect yourself in a WROL situation, but you also don't want to engage in a possible deadly situation with the law enforcement. I strongly disagree with the "Take em, I dare you!" tough guy talk. These police officers are fellow citizens with families too. You should not ever find "joy" in wanting to shoot a fellow citizen, let alone a person.

We know how they use snipers to avoid embarrassment like using multiple snipers to assassinate someone so if some snipers grow a conscience they will still get the target. im sorry to hear that us marshalls took the guns. thats wrong. im a member of the national guard. when i was in louisana for hurrican gustauv, we saw people with weapons and didnt bother them. the people have a right to self defence. dont lump all the military in that " they will disarm you and put you in a labor camp box". if my unit was there when the marshalls went to take the guns from that bar, we would have told them to stand down.

People should be paranoid when dealing w/ gov't. All I can say is know your rights, & along w/ having a weapon, have a camera that records both video & audio. It will make it easier to articulate your reasoning for the actions may be forced to take. I have one. It's a totally innocuous-looking pen.

Notice I said TRY, because I don't believe that there is enough law enforcement and even military to actually confiscate gun owner's weapons.
