I'll add my voice to those who say thanks for positng this. I have fond memories of this music bed. A local radio station in my area, WFLR in Dundee, NY, used this for many years as the background music for their sign off announcement played after the 11 pm newscast. It is still used by the NYS Assembly for their weekly public affairs programs. We run them on my internet radio station, and when I heard this music, I just HAD to find a complete copy. Thanks to Mike at NYS Assembly for finding it.

@newscaster13 I think they (WNEW) might have used this instrumental bed as the opening theme as well, of course, I could be wrong. But it's still damn good, and very appropriate for New York City.

I heard this song played at Shea Stadium so many times during the mid to late 1980's. They often played it after a loss, but they also played it before some big wins like game 7 of the world series against the Red Sox, an 8-5 Mets win.
