metroid prime the other m was a big fail! It should have stayed with its original controlling and its first person view. All thanks to the creator of Dead or Alive have to join in and mess up Samus. By now there should have been a game of metroid prime and halo together, but nope. But we all know who would between the two. They should really bring back the Ings...
well theres is supposed to be metroid prime 4 bkause in metroid prime 3 in the special bonus ending samus left to space with her ship but there was a second ship green color tht went after her so i think thts the 4 game maybe they havent made the game yet
i really hope they make metroid prime 4, its so much better when its first person view than the third person they used in other m that ruined everything
@nintendokings I agree hopefully prime 4 because WE NEED to know who's ship it was( 100% ending of prime 3)....They just can't let that be there for no reason.

I don't think there will be a Metroid Prime 4. The Metroid Prime (Dark Samus itself) was finally destroyed with the Aurora Unit, so was the Phaaze planet and every single particle of Phazon, the substance the whole Prime series was about. And besides, Prime series is between Metroid 1 and 2, I wanna see more sequences AFTER these games. I'm a little pissed off because Metroid Other M's timeline is before Fusion (the last in timeline), but that's a detail, the game is gonna be awesome, I want it!
@BrunoSan1986 I've already finish the Metroid other M, totally worth it the game is awesome i will dare to call it the best metroid ever (but still it could be better )the graphics are amaizing the control is responsive and intuitive the story is immersive and fits perfectly to connect it to the fussion, you will not regret buying that game.

@AAnHHell I do disagree with 'Metroid Other M' being the best, i thought that the first one was by far the best. (Metroid Prime1) But i do think that they will have to, and i mean HAVE to come out with another Metroid extremely similar to the Trilogy. If they want to make a good marketing decision. Fan poles show, that the trilogy was one of the highest grossing out of any other games sold in the years. Other M fell rapidly after it was a different turn in gameplay. Thats just imo. Thumbs up.

@johnsnake71 I made it from the orginal MP1 promotional of the E3. I also made the wii game cover from a deviant art and put it together with a video editing software. Thats it if you need more details read the description and thx for the interest =)

If you can't wait for another Metriod game to come out I suggest downloading and giving Another Bound a try. Even though it will never meet the standards of the Metriod games, it does give you the feel of a Metriod game, oh well that will have to do for now...
There is another game coming out for Metroid, but it's a whole new series Called: Metroid: Other M. Retro studios got cut out of the deal, so look for something different! P.S: I saw the new game in action, different but still cool.
If you get one hundred percent you see a ship that I think Belongs to dark samus or Sylux that also looks like the source of the phazon so there could be a fourth one.

Nintendo said that there would NOT be another metroid prime game yet... in corruption in the 100% ending it showed samus dissapearing into space but shortly after another ship followed her... that could be something for another metroid (not metroid prime) game, but I don't know.

It would be cool if they added more Metroid games, maybe not more prime games since the 3 were about phazon and it got destroyed in the third. But they could still make another trilogy for a different substance other than phazon, or maybe not a substance, but anything worth a trilogy. Or just another normal metroid game where you save a planet for money.
The new console (WII) is really bad for shooting games and the new one would have close relation to other bounty hunters and SYLUX who was the survivor in Hunters.

metroid, not metroid prime. Metroid prime took the series in a new first person shooter direction, metroid other m, which appears to take place between super metroid and fusion, looks to go back to the classic style more, while leaving traces of the prime first person engine intact

theres not gonna be a metroid prime 4 i'm thinking because in mp3 the original metroid prime(dark samus)
is finally defeated with no hint about her still being alive.
Now why would there be a metroid prime 4 without there being a metroid prime especially since phaaze,the planet that is the origin of all phazon, is gone, which is what mutated the metroids, which got them to this "prime stage"?

by the way the wasn't dark samus in the ship. lison to the person the saying"the battle with phazon has ENDID DUH!!!!!!!!!!"that was Sylux because dark samus was destrod not to menshon that metroid prime hunters was after metroid prime 3 corupstion.becase Sylux died (or not maybe.....)altho Sylux had a habit of steeling GFT data and what not such as the SHOCK COIL so it has to be Sylux also metroid prime never uses a ship metroid prime 2 100% ending shows that dark samus reformed in space.

It would be cool if they added more Metroid games, maybe not more prime games since the 3 were about phazon and it got destroyed in the third. But they could still make another trilogy for a different substance other than phazon, or maybe not a substance, but anything worth a trilogy. Or just another normal metroid game where you save a planet for money.
