It means open-minded, permissive, and kind. Conservative is certainly not all bad, but despite certain virtues, it is far more dangerous when it's in its extreme.

Media promoting drug use I"m a witness to that. When MDA was (I have heard) changed to MDMA, there were friggin ADS on the news, as news,saying "OMG There's a new drug , a pill, its so good that if you just take it once then you'll do ANYTHING (slobber slobber) to get some more. It sells for $3 or $4 and and can be found in the Vanderbilt/FMD Park area".I would stare at the TV dunbfounded and they'd smirk back like "ain't we cute?" Wheels within wheels within wheels. . . .
The UK and US media PURPOSELY promoted drug use. Opium wars , long term. The governments import the drugs, the media promotes it, hopefully, it keeps them docile, underground "employed" and when they get caught,it keeps the judicial system employed and the police state validated.
