At a piano recital, I once heard a child play a Chopin waltz which isn't in most of the collections--it might be thisone.

I asked her where she got it, and she showed me a Chopin collection published by Alfred Publishing Co.

Which tempo is the fitting one, depends very much on the personal situation of the person who is hearing the piece (maybe the player her/himself or in the audience)

There is always a spectrum of fitting tempi and this is absolutely inside of this piece's spectrum
