  • HE SPENT 200 FUCKING DOLLARS ON THIS HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • What the name of the song? its really awesome

  • What's the name of this song?

  • What was the point in this?!

  • @Odin187Killer There is no point to it he just shows what this physics engine is capable of

  • how long did it took?

  • I have an enourmous wish to throw a lighter in there.

  • Stop whining that your computer can't handle it... It's not real time. These physics demos are always rendered to run at specific framerates.

  • I use quantium physics on my motors.

  • DO A BARREL ROLL >:C

    xD lol

  • i cringed at the thought of my computer doing that.

  • Good Music

  • @adamgamedev Counterstrike?!!!!? If so you're sooooo homo..

  • HAAAAAAX!!!!

  • Looks so cool, can you give me this song's name, please?

  • Beautious

  • @RickRay9 hahaha that's typical of ignorant people to judge things they don't understand! If you don't know what he meant, don't say it's a 'ba idea. It's actually a good idea, but I think it's been done before.

  • A million time better than HL physic... (no seriously, havok suck)

I herd that newton game dynamic is a free tool. Is it true? (cuz it look like kinda professional engine....)

  • @Pengasius14 Yeah NGD is free for commercial and non-commercial purposes, but is closed-source

  • @Pengasius14 Yes NewtonGD is a free Physics engine.

  • no dude the cryengine physic is the best i have seen by now.....

  • nop, but cryengine has better visuals

  • haha very good choice of music, only problem is the lenght of this vid

  • "my computer when I try to do this"

    *click start*

    LAAAAAAAGGGGGGG-BlueScreen-

  • We need a human brain to run it to 80 fps

  • @kenork493 2 heads are better then 1, or even a quad brain

  • @samm565 LIES!!!!!

  • @kenork493 what???

  • That's the worst idea ever, you selfgood bastard, didn't even know what you mean't, you're no genius.

  • A physics engine ._.

  • This is way better than Crysis' graphics. A stack of barrels will bounce up and down like water if you make them fall.

  • Crysis's physics you mean, not graphics. According to the look of this video, the grapics on Crysis are way better.

But I agree about the physics on this engine are better than on the Cryengine.

  • Oh, i meant physics. :P

  • @ssteveya Why do you say so? About graphics in Crysis? WHY is it better looking? Tell me THE FACTS! Not that bullshit you hear from "professional" reviewers which know NOTHING about games or game engines WHATSOEVER!

  • @GordonFreeMANness I don't know. I said that over a year ago. I haven't used the program in the video so I can't say.

    Happy now ;)

  • *Mangasm*

  • This gave me an orgasm.

  • what game is that ?

  • It's not a game.

    Durr.

  • beautiful and this music is it from nightmare before christmas :D

  • yeah thats right but crysis can du it like this if you ll render your animation ;)

  • there are more engines in the world than crysis

  • Almost could be :) , Its not though

  • one word, havok

  • Tchaikovsky ftw!!

  • beautiful...heartbreaking lol

  • looks like far cry 2

  • What's the song? I want to make a video of the same in realtime...

  • Peter Tchaikovsky - Swan Lake

  • @ masterxilo

i think it's the final scene of Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky

  • make the gravity stronger and it should be more realistic

  • whats yur comp specs

  • that was awesome! but i would like to know how to make a 3d area like that one. what software was used?

  • Leadwerks Engine.

The editor is probably Sandbox, which is included in Leadwerks Engine.

  • what game is going to use it?

  • Help me ?

  • i just shit myself

  • hmm with leadwerks can you make standalone gams or do you have to integrate it?

  • now make em go boom! =D

  • A million monkeys on a million typewriters for a million years.

The engine requires a SM 3.0 card.

  • You are right, and I edited the info to reflect this. I recorded it on a single-core CPU, and I had no idea how it would perform on a quad-core at the time.

  • Do a search for "Leadwerks Lego" and you will see a mass physics demonstration that is real-time, but it just doesn't have everything falling in one single pile.

  • NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT REALTIME

  • True. I recorded this on a single-core, an I didn't know what it would run like on a quad core. There are still some optimizations I can make, but I think this will only run at about 16 FPS on a quad core, even after I improve it as much as possible.

2000 objects spread across the scene is no problem at all, but it slows down when they are all in one stack like this.

  • rafanavega, there already are games that use this physics engine, check up on penumbra, it's cool.

  • Dude, like, it's nice to have an Engine and all, but is there a demand for it? Will people use it to make games or this will end just like a self-realization project?

  • I would buy it

  • Maybe you are one of the few :D

  • Will this engine be multiplatform ?

  • If there is a significant demand for that there will be. It would be easy for me to do.

  • well done

  • amazing!! great lights and physics!

  • Show me a lot of bone weighted animated models at the same time!!!

    It´s always the same thing:oildrums,crates,Tires...

  • Did the drums fall on the Swam and kill him :)

  • I like Swam Lake.

  • looks very nice!

I would say its the new version Josh is working on.

  • looks very nice!

I would say its the new version Josh is working on.

  • This is in the upcoming version 2.0. It is using a bloom shader, but it is very similar to the DOF post filter, so I can see why you would think that.
