am i trippen i replayed this 10 times and still got 9 lightning strikes

lightning does strike in the same place but this is one lightning bold with 8 return strokes.

If you slow it down or hit pause over and over you notice it actually hits 8 differnet places..

discredits the old saying..were so much smarter than our grandparents and parents from yesteryear....we need to remember the same will be true for our children. theyll be smarter and more aware than us. i fear for the future.

um thats not a different bolt of lightning each time. thats the same bolt, all lightning flashes several times when it strikes. That doesnt mean that lightning doesnt strike the same place only once, but what you caught on film was not 8 bolts of lightning striking the same place.
