If you read his book Wings to Freedom, you will see it is indeed the same Kriya yoga as Lahiri Mahasaya's.

you see in the himalayas babaji has many disciples he has taught many yogis the sacred technique of kriya, yes babji taught lahiri and that lineage continued down spreading kriya to householders, however we must respect all yogis, saints, sages and gurus, all are blessed and have been taught what they need to grow. All are one, love and respect all.

The so called Kundalini Kriya of this "Yogiraj" has absolutely nothing to do with the Atmakarma (aka Kriya Yoga) technique of Yogiraj Shri ShyamaCharan Lahiri. Users are requested to bear this in mind and not be misled by misleading statements otherwise in the description of this video.
