LOL, no. This doesn't teach kids to go to the bathroom... it was a little short shown on Nickelodeon back in the 90's, it's what the elementary and middle school kids would watch after school, back when Nickeloden was cool.... it also used to be a bonus in my rugrats tapes. I miss those days.
