My blue head male, Jazz, says the beginings of "Good boy", "Love You", and is well on his way to "Hello" :) I think depends on the individual bird, but on the whole they don't speak as well as other species.

My Blue headed Pionus says "Baby" (her name) and "came here". That is after 5 years. They're not good talkers but definetely adorable!!!
