  • great!

  • i started eating raw grass-fed ground beef and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious!! i prefer that over cooked beef any day now.. i sprinkled some raw dulse and garlic on it and man is it good!!! not only did it digest absolutely perfect but i had alot of energy afterwards as well.. so now im eating raw beef, raw wild alaskan sockeye salmon, raw eggs and i wanna try making kefir with some raw organic grass-fed milk a farmer has here. also i take cod liver oil and i feel great!

  • Hey Paul,

I'd love to know the specific differences in nutrient content between raw goat's milk and raw cow's milk. I've heard one is more stimulating to the adrenals or something? I figured you'd be the guy to ask.

BTW your beard is starting to look bad-ass, keep it up!

    Zak,

  • That is so right, we are our own doctors. We must listen to our own body. Every one must figure out what helps and hurts our bodies.

Yesterday I tried what Dr. Coldwell said about eating quality beef occasionally. I didn't like how I felt after I ate it so I won't try it again. I am the one that needs to see what works with me and not depend on others to lead me around my the nose. So occasional beef works for Dr. Coldwell but not for me. No big deal.

  • There's no such thing as a "free lunch"

  • 07:36...that's absolutely right! I work in the hospital and I get to see the ends and outs! FOR PROFIT!

  • Paul, just watched this video again. Nothing healthy about alcohol? I think wine in small amounts may be healthy - just my personal opinion.

"Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities."

1 Timothy 5:23 (King James Version)

  • Paul, further explanation of my point. If I eat Buffalo Wings which I love (forgive me, haha) and I get a stomach ache from all the acidic grease which does happen to me and then I take baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) which is at the highest end of the pH scale (alkaline), I get a huge gassy reaction in my stomach. It's upsetting short term but beneficial soon after. If I take the same baking soda on an empty (healthy) stomach, no reaction. That's the extreme example, but you get the idea.

  • Paul, I got what you were saying about not putting food in your body if it doesn't make you feel good but some people will take that too literally. For example sometimes vegetables upset my stomach but only when my stomach is out of balance from being too acidic from eating junk food. Chemical reactions are fact. If you put alkaline and acid together there will be a reaction. The more acidic your stomach the bigger reaction to alkaline even though alkaline is healthy. Make sense?

  • Hang in there Paul, you're doing a lot of good. Sorry to hear some people have been poop splashes to you. :-)

  • Faebooo, before making calms did you check out his sites. He says all the info you are looking for is there, and if not why don't you just email him

  • This was helpful. Thanks

  • @ElishevaBatMelek, I haven't researched this but I'd like to comment. Yes you can have serious problems from too much water, but a gallon a day is too much? Hmmm... that would depend on lifestyle and climate but I'd say a half gallon to a gallon in an active person is about right. Most people are dehydrated on a daily basis.

Check the heals of your feet, push your heal with finger, leave indention? Gently pull skin on top of hand then release, snap back fast or leave slow wrinkle?

  • Paul,

I am currious about Dr. Coldwell's recommendation of drinking one gallon of water w/ one teaspoon of celtic salt each day. I've heard that drinking that much water, even with the salt added, is not good for a person's health. I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

BTW, Thanks for taking the last couple of weeks to post your interview with him.

  • by the way, my point is: I think he is a fraud

  • 1. no, the info is not there

    2. why would I trust his website, if I don't trust his talk in the first place

  • umm, btw since goat cheese is more expensive a lot of cheese makers will add cow milk to it even if it is labeled 100% goat.

  • Do you have a reference for this info? Thanks!

  • I heard about that probably 5 months ago. I honestly can't remember where. I go thru to much media for me to remember. but if it helps. I think they were referring to imported goat and sheep cheese being the main culprit for being diluted with cow milk, especially from not so wealthy nations because the profits to be had by dilution are immense. It is suppose to be a wide spread problem if I remember right.

  • @necro, I have to, unfortunately, support the likelihood of your claim. I study the food industry probably more than any non-scientist and am well versed in commercial food problems. Putting cow's milk into goat's milk would be honorable compared to what I am aware of is being putting into dairy products (and other products including supposedly healthy foods).

  • yeah, i totally agree. one of the worst things was when melamine was found in most halloween candy a couple years back and since it was only days before the presidential election they kept it hush hush and I believe thousands of US children died because of politics. Many more were made the type of sick you just don't bounce back from... That was the last nail in the coffin for my trust in the FDA. I don't have to reference that. any diligent googler/youtuber can find the info. =^-^=

  • Are you an advocate of water fasting to help achieve and retrieve health? I remember a post with Alan Goldhammer? on your site. If you are, I'm surprised you didn't mention it to comeasason? as a possible path to wellness as it has been proven as a more natural path to optimal health. Blessings. Elizabeth

  • @bestestbetty, I feel the need to express my opinion on this. I have searched the bible for any hints that fasting could help cure disease and have not find that to be true. In my opinion fasting is only for spiritual connection. Fasting may improve prayer and if praying about health it may help in that way but from a non-spiritual level I personally do not think fasting is healthy.

  • Appreciate your opinion. I don't think the fast is a cure. The time spent fasting may enable the body the rest sufficient to attain higher health......physically, mentally and most importantly, spiritually.

  • I think Dr. Caldwell's site says he is a naturopathic doctor. Is he also an M.D.? Not that it really matters.....

  • I am not convinced but only more suspicious.

    1. Where in Europe does or did he practice? Can he provide adresses of his hospitals in Europe and clinics all over the world?

    2. What is the title and ISBN of his mega bestselling book, that he wrote when he was 14 and is still in print today?

    3. Where can I buy his 14 bestselling books?

    4. There should be thousands of testimonies of his cured patients all over the internet... where can I find them?

I am sorry for being a pain, but this is serious..

  • Why did youtube put my comment to faeboo just now as 8 hoursa ago? Hmmm...

Anyway, faeboo, ya lazy fool, perhaps you ain't so dumb as I see right at the top he has the 1st two testimonials as the PsychWar General Stubblebine and his shrew Wife, blatant disinfo scumbags!

That is a really bad sign, would you not agree, Paul Nison?

Anyone who uses those obvious evildoers as reference has to be very dumb, very naive or evil. BAD.... particularly as Dr Coldwell is clearly not dumb or naive.

  • What are you talking about?

  • @faebooo, I think he's trying to agree with you but it's hard to tell isn't it, haha.

Fae, are you out to upset and discredit Paul or are you only upset with Dr. C? What exactly did Dr. C say that you are in such disagreement with.

Personally I don't trust many people to be honest and sincere. Paul I get good vibes from but not all of his guests. Even the guests I may not view as sincere I still often agree with the things they are saying. Do you understand what I am asking you?

  • Thanks for answering my questions, Paul. I have wondered for so long about what Hippocrates has to do/ say to avoid being shut down. I assume the Max Gerson Institute is in Tiajuana, Mexico because they actually claim they cure cancer? Of course they couldn't do that in the U.S.
