i work there and the alarm button works. kids fucking push it all the time and drive us crazy. i don't understand the point of this video, not to mention the fact that you're not allowed to video tape or photograph the store.
why cant you video tape the store does that go for all the stores even in pennsyvania because I like to do the same thing I video elevators for youtube I dont see why you cant video an elevator its not like he's taping somone with out there knowledge or its not like taking pichtures of the pichtures a musaem it is ok
Videography and photography is not permitted in-store for various reasons. One of which is copyright related when it comes to the books. Another is that the Borders logo appears in said pictures and videos without the explicit permission of the company. How are we supposed to know what they are going to be used for? Merchandising issues are also a factor. This is prohibited in all Borders stores along with the majority of stores in the United States. 85% of stores I shop in have this rule.
I dont think that there is a problem with just filming an elevator though since he didnt film the books or the logo unles schindler doesnt want anyone to film the elevator
the merchindice was just in the vidoe he didnt zoom in on the merchindice and he said the store name so we know where the elevator is if I owned a store I would allow it but the borders where I live dont have elevators so I dont have to film there but I film elevators like at macys or JCPenny sears or any building with an elevator when I film an elevator at a store I try to not film the merchindise or the logo
this is not a rule in Boscoves 3 employes sawn me filming and they didnt care they didnt care at JCPenny either and no one saw me a macys you can watch my videos I didnt film the Borders beause 1 you said your not allowd in any Borders stores and 2 there is no elevator
Well, he can show the video to you and show that he didn't film anything that can't be filmed. I did that at a Courthouse. You can't see any of the merchandise and no one knows what it is it's so blurry. He didn't film the logo he just gave a location. He didn't film RFID tags or any close ups of the merchandise, just the elevator. It's like filming every object in the world is copyright infringement. You need to understand the facts.

alot of elevators have a non working alarm its not a law that the alarm has to work or they just never test them the alarm should work in order for the elevator to run because what if the phone does not work the macys elevator at monroville mall doesnt have a phone check out my video
