I say so... In albums: Iron Maiden and Killers a Bruce's voise is good in studio version where is a clean sound ,but in concerts his voice loses with Paul's voice. Those songs were prepared with a view a Paul and his voice ,so it's for Bruce is so hard to sing, but Bruce gives advice to do it.! Up the Irons !!! \,,/ !!!

@Jacksons172 Actually I would say its pretty easy for Bruce to sing these songs. It would be the other way around, as the songs written with Bruce are far more demanding to sing, due to Bruce having a much wider vocal range. You can say that Paul's voice is more fitting to the oldest songs, but I really doubt they are hard for Bruce to sing.

Es la primera vez que pongo un no me gusta en algo que se relaciona con Maiden. Dickinson sos el mejor.... con tus canciones y tu etapa. I think the tracks from the 2 first Iron Maiden albums sounds way much better with Paul on vocals. I know some people disagree, but this is my opinion. The first two albums had a very special and individual sound(especially Killers). And I rate Pauls voice as the main reason for that.

@YogiPopp cos he's part of maiden and he deserves to do his part on most maiden songs including the first two albums. I think they should re-release iron maiden, killers and the blaze bayley albums with bruce on vocals cos some just prefer bruce all round. I agree Paul does it better but bruce does an epic job with most of the songs.

@paulinaz87 I totally agree! Paul had a great voice. But from what I've heard the reason they got rid of him was that he had problems with cocaine, alcohol & other drugs & at times was too fucked up to perform. Biggest mistake of his life cuz Maiden is one of the most successful metal bands of all times. But not we got Bruce who has a much better range than Paul.But da 1st 2 Maiden album's songs sound better with Paul. Paul probably kicks himself every day for blowing it with Maiden.
