No, I'm not going to waste time with a bunch of cut & paste from a liberal nut. It's likely that Posner has dealt with all of this. If you're interested in really understanding the issue rather than just reflexively defending a cherished conspiracy theory, you should try googling up Posner's replies.

It turns out you're cutting and pasting from the website of a conspiracy theorist named David Perry. I read his stuff and am pretty unimpressed. He's sort of picking at the edges of Posner's work. But the fact remains that Posner's book destroyed the major claims that the conspiracy theorists had been promoting for the previous 30 years. Now all they have are a few scraps to pick at here and there. Big whoop. Posner wins.
