Phil, you need the keycard from a different floor of Vault 22. I only know this cos of my strategy guide btw, and the thing is on a totally different floor on a random shelf and the game never tells you that you need it. I might have it, but that's just complete bullshit.

I also learned that lesson in the "come fly with me" quest. If an item sounds heavy and it's weightless then it's a quest item.

I beat this game in like 10 hours because i only did the main quest and did some side quest but guess what the game ends when you beat the main story so now i have to wait for a dlc to come out....................

100 + hours PER playthough unless you only do main quests and not side quests then you could beat it in 48 hours or 2 days if you dont do all the side quests
