I've been in 2:52 that's the last stop of the M train at Metropolitan Ave in Queens and there's a graveyard across the street from that station. I only go there for K-Mark next to that stop.

Can anyone tell me how you actually get that train to work in the game I downloaded it and it has impossible to fix errors?

I do believe that there is an R143 for Trainz 2009, although I don't know Trainz very well.
