Thanks for uploading this! I was shocked when I heard there were 2 Highwind scenes (one implying sex). I guess I was way too young at the time to realize that's what was implied. :P

It is already confirmed that Cloud and Tifa are hooked up (by a compilation books released by Square Enix). So, they technically confessed their love to each other under the highwind, and judging by Tifa's response when she found out the others were watching them, those two probably did a little bit more than that.
From the word of the maker himself - Cloud and Tifa's relationship beyond this point is that of lovers. They most certainly (*censored*) under the Highwind.
