okay this may be a real complex answer but it is real. 1. If this were to be fake it would be made of paper or stuffing right? but if had whiskers sticking out and imagine how long it would take to cut them out. but then you think stuffed toys have whiskers like that, well, if you look at the eyes of the cat in zoom the lighting is reflected on the eyes coming from the right and when the camera zooms out the lighting is coming from the right so simply. its real.

I like how at 0:16 - 0:17 another cat walks by, that wouldn't give it away. The whole chair (zoomed in) looks abnormally flat, but I have never seen a picture with a depth that realistic. Also, some dust flies through the light proving it is (once more) real.
