What's wrong with most of the covers I see of this solo is they basically skip over the first half of the it. They focus on the sweeps at the end but thats not what makes the solo. It's such an emotional piece and it builds so perfectly into those sweeps so they aren't too over the top and really tug at the ol' heart strings but people always seem to focus on how crazy awesome the ending is and lose the emotion behind the solo.

This was really good, but if you have no distortion you need to play a little faster. I mean there were some fast sections in there, which were amazing, but turn on Blitzkrieg by Yngwie Malmsteen and you will see who is the superior guitarist.

I respect your opinion, although i think he's perfect for BTBAM. BTBAM is that unique style that isn't found anywhere. Not one band is like BTBAM, but there are some similar. If you're going to comment about Paul and not being part of BTBAM, then call out Dusty Waring as well. He's an amazing guitarist too. Picture throwing the worlds best players together.
