this toy is all you need really to practice around a house, apartment, or on the road.... but I would get a real amp on top of that... Do not get MS2, its even worse than this one with battery plays around as power comes on and of and on and of...!

@accadacca100 It isn't as loud with the single coils but it should still sound loud enough with the single coils. But humbuckers are better to have and you will feel like EVH himself, lol. Except not really playing a 5150 and a Frankenstrat or Wolfgang, lol.

i have a Peavey backstage trans tube series that my friend gave me since he won it at a golf tourny in a raffle. i hooked up my line 6 uber metal and i was also surprised how that turned out

small amps can sound nice apparently. especially since all i have us a high and a low nob for my amp, volume, and my lead over drive nob.
