Haha they are saying that they invested heavily in their studio, and that they "even have a telephone, telefax and automatic phone call responder" (don't know the word in english). Wow, I think in 1992 this was really expensive and modern :D

Melodic Speed Metal, was ja heutzutage keiner mehr macht, sagt er 1992. HA! Damals waren's wohl nur Guardian und die waren gut, und heute schmeißen sie uns das Melodic Metal Zeug hinterher. Und allesamt sind sie schlecht, gehyped und maßlos überproduziert. Gibt's heut noch irgendeine Power Metal Band, die ohne Trigger und mit richtig viel Eier im Gesang aufnimmt? Zeigt sie mir, und ich nehme dieses Statement mit Dankbarkeit zurück. Ansonsten muss ich mich weiter in die 70er zurückziehen....

@derdings2112 Ja, Blind Guardian ist immernoch gut, wird nicht gehyped, und Hansis Stimme ist auf jeden Fall nicht 08/15. Trigger kommen laut eigenen Aussagen zumindest auf dem neuen Album nicht zum Einsatz. Auf demselbigen gibt es auch einige Songs, die man wahrlich nicht als überproduziert bezeichnen kann, beispielsweise "A voice in the dark" oder "Tanelorn"

@MrLordoffantasy ja klar, wer mehr als 6 monate im studio ist kann es sich auch leisten ca. 50x mehr zeit in drumrecording zu stecken, weil man keine trigger benutzen will ;P

Ok, I am from germany and I'll tell you what they are saying:

The reporter asks them about their performance and how it was for Andre and Hansi.

They tell that the audience was quite good, but the bands performance would have been bad.

Then they talk about some investments they did with the money they gained from their first three records and that they want to grow.

The question why they have no manager is answered by Andre:

He sais that they figured out that there would be no good managers in germany and that the most things could be done by an advocate and themselves.

At last the reporter asks if they think that they could gain many fans from the former Halloween following and Andre sais that he really thinks so because there would be a lack of melodic speedmetal.
