Just how on earth they are going to 'liberate millions of people from poverty' ?, people in 3rd world need to be educated, and bring about strict family planning, look at those girls in Africa, they get pregnant at 13 then complaint the world is not doing enough to help them. If you just gonna give them more food, more free resources, by getting pregnant at 13, you can expect they will breed millions more starving kids, don't be naive to believe 'evil' rich countries cause all this poverty

@VERGIS92 Granted, not all is solved with giving people stuff. But some people in Africa spend hours a day travelling to fetch drinking water, or in the farm to just grow enough to eat. Free energy would provide a surplus of food, in Africa and elsewhere. It would allow energy-expensive processes like water purification, desalinization and irrigation. If would free those people from spending all of their time surviving, allowing them to get an education and move forward.
