As far as I heard..he got like 3 million cards or something..they opted OUT of setting the world record and just settled with making him EXTREAMLY happy to get that many cards

I couldn't find any card that I really liked for him. All of the ones I saw were too plain or were for 5yr olds and below. I made him one that is a pop-up card with Legos since I read that he loves those. I'll be sending out tonight as soon as I write the message in English and French. Glad to see that others are sending him cards and birthday wishes!!
is there a way to post a you tube video to a my space bulletin? i want to send one out with at least a picture of shane, i send one with just text, but seeing this little boy will motivate people more
I read on the facebook group that the world record is 350 million cards. Postage to Canada is 63 cents and let's assume a conservative 2 dollars per card - that's $920,500,000for 350 million cards. Why not send a billion dollars to Leukemia research?
hi. not to be the bearer of bad news but your card doesnt count. i mean it is thoughtful and all but becaues your card is homemade it doesnt count...only store bought cards count. not my rules- its shanes rules.

all you have to do is make a card, and send it. home-maid cards don't count towards the record, but ones that were printed out do =)

Yes, I believe only homemade cards can be counted toward the record.
