yea ... I tried doing with no auto aim it was getting hard being a bad ass I missed the gunners during the riverside jump blockade thingy... so I turned on auto aim and BOOM HEADSHOT those guys when the 2 humvees flipped >:)

No, when she crashed in MGS3, she pulls herself off the branch that she was impaled on. So it was already removed when you entered the Survival Cure screen.

you have to follow the guy that's whistling... and make sure to change out of that silly over coat and young snake mask. the vehicle that patrols around will see you if you don't blend into a wall or something.
