@techkid1000 not fake, you can use a controller like this if it's setting up cursor into calculated screen position and clicks at once. See Johnny Lee's wiimote IR tracking project for more information.

(1) if he is using the trackpad then he is doing a good job hiding it because that aim is accurate. (HE ISNT USING THE TRACKPAD)

(2) he pressed the click button on his laptop to click

Interesting idea with the film negative. I have one of those dollar store tiny lights that strap to your finger. Would be perfect for this.
