it is simple to say the tractors had traction because it dug its self a huge hole and had trouble getting out after it was done.. like the difference between truck tiers and tractors tiers are.. yeah.. 1 tractors tier.. well a tacker should have taken that truck.. given that is a smaller tractor (the towing did put all the weight on the rearer end also pulling it down)

First, digging yourself a hole means you don't have enough traction, if you had enough traction you wouldn't be spinning your wheels.

Ah, those type of tractores are meant to have a plow on the back, to dig into the ground, pulling it down to give it more weight, thus more traction. Since it does NOT have anything on the back for traction, The car, (wich is probably 4wd too) has more weight, and it does better.
