use sony or premier if u prefer adobe, it would make editing your video much easier and alot faster

performance mode is when thge note track is completely taken away and you have to pretty much play blind, without notes. He has hyperspeed on. Hyperspeed is when the track goes faster than usual and the notes are spaced father apart so that it's easier to read.
