@Bajiascooking itz not only in QLD ...but anywhere in world if potatoes are exposed to light they turn Green n the green potatoes are harmful to human body.
Zeera is used more in indian dishes. I use a lot but not every Pakistani does that. Zeera powder is very commonly used in Indian cooking as well. same as we use coriander powder

Thanks for your kind help....It's quite funny how many other professional chefs especially our pakistani, make something relly crap put a million spices in it and at the end spend ten minutes presenting. they decorate the dish with all sorts of nonsense and say presentation is important. If the food is cooked well and they do it properly like you...there is no need to present it with flowers and candles....if its your food it will be eaten before it ever gets to the plate!!!!
The plant grows with the seed. its better to order a established plant from Indian grocery store. I have noticed with curry patta plant that it doesn’t do well when its little but once its old enough it grow in days.

Haha, I am such a big fan of her voice. I have grown up listening to her "cassette kahani" series. I am shocked that it isn't her voice in the background. Her husband, Qamar Ali Abbasi, is my relative and they live in US. I live in Canada and if I happen to meet her, I will definitely ask her to listen to you.

Heat oil add crushed garlic ginger fry for a min then add curry leaves and all the spices, fry for a min add potatoes and ½ cup water cook them till they are soft add green chilies at the end.

6md potatoes, 25-30 curry leaves, Fenugreek seeds ¼ ts, mustard seeds 1/2 ts, Ajwain ½ ts, cumin seeds 1ts. Ginger 1, garlic 6-7 cloves, salt. Chili powder, coriander powder 1ts each, turmeric 1/2ts.
