  • sky glitch : overlap 2 identical tiles at the 7th floor of the mapmaker grid

  • you can put tiles above the 5th floor. you need an AI to see those floors. use the function "see AI in map" or something like that

  • I have the TS2 siberia music and didn't need to unlock it.

    I read the GC version has less musics.

    I figured it out.

    I got some very good maps but i don't think i will upload them. As you saw my VIlla Lighthouse It was VERY BAD Quality. I don't want that in all my vids =/

  • Hey LeFaucher, I've watched loads of your map videos on youtube and loved almost all of them, especially Tokyo Rooftops. A lot of your maps have been the inspiration of mine. So are you still making maps, or even still playing TS:FP? If so, are you planning on uploading any more map videos?

  • I currently have a few maps ideas but I'm not working very actively on them. I have a video I should upload, and I'll probably make a few other ones.

  • it was a small contest on a forum, not something official. anyone can organize one, but finding people who are motivated is hard now it seems.

    I'll be perfectly honest now: I didn't really do what the instructions told me...I tried to, but I guess "Glitches for Dummies" excludes those with mental illnesses, bahaha.

    Anyways, the video is where I based the entire process on...I only followed the gist of that, however.

  • the tiles adjacent to the glitch must be placed after the glitch(those where you want to see the sky)

  • It looks a rather strange level. It seems as if it has no purpose. The layout doesn't relate to anything. Either I make complete strange maps with a reason for being so or base my map on something (eg I once made a map based on the movie goldeneye). It seems to be random tiles placed together in a symetrical way.

  • well, it may not look like anything, but it isn't random. I took the idea from a red faction 2 map and improved it to make it faster and more open.

    check my other maps if you want maps that relate to something

  • lol, I took the windows from the items list.

    you simply need to overlap 2 identical tiles. usually I use either tiles 27/28 or tiles 31 depending on the size of the glitch.

  • My friend has timesplitters 2 and he had made the coolest map eva! It was called 'WHIRLPOOL', and it was what it said it was, but with a twist. on one corridor there are 4 ways. completely symetrical. One way goes on forever, one leads to the middle of the whirlpool ( where it's tiny and has only one door ), a dead end and 'paradise'. Paradise is a massive open space with only one door which you can dodge people. Why would u want to dodge sum1? Play it on virus.

  • do you mean the death pit? if yes it is done by using stackable tiles.

  • How did u make that huge open space where u can see out of the roof upwards and there is a pit. i.e. the picture for this video...

  • you can't really see the lighting on the video. the whole map is lit with a very light pink, and the central room is blue, and teleport rooms are cyan.

    and the map was done to play online!

  • haha, everyone is freaking about the windows, but has anyone noticed the ramp rooms with stackables on the side, but with a seemingly impossible 1 story wall between them? that's such an awesome glitch! I also like the pit in the middle that goes into the ice shelf or whatever. that's a nice little room. cool map, looks kinda weak for bot play and there's not really any lighting, but with real players it looks fun.

  • The windows are done using the merging tiles glitch but LeFaucheur done a better job at it than most people can do.

  • By the way I'm not saying 'how did you make the map' coz what is so special about it? I just wanna know how to get the windows on the walls between inside and outside. SO DOES EVERYONE! SO WHY DON'T YOU TELL US PLEASE?! Please, P-L-E-A-S-E
