Is that high upright form good for you? I would think almost the angle you were ate when you picked up the DB from the ground is where you want to be with the form. I generally have 1 knee on the bench, with my back straight (level) when doing BO DB Rows.
I can bench 170 in bench press but I still beat the shit outta guys who can bench 200 + and are heavier than myself. Maximum Muscle strength dont mean shit
Dude at 16 years old I could Properly do that with 150's.... not to mention anything else I did properly with big weight.... Also try using solid dumbbells ..... it will change your lift entirely- Never used wraps either...
