I as born with Tetrology of Fallot, Pentalogy of Cantrel, and those include heart problems, and have lung problems, all my abdominal organs were on the outside when i was born so that had to be all patched up so therefor no belly button there, and the list goes on.
I've heard of babies being born with their internal organs on the outside, but I can't imagine anyone born like that living through the delivery. It seems everything would be pulled apart coming out of the birth canal. It's amazing what doctors can do.

I as born with Tetrology of Fallot, Pentalogy of Cantrel, and those include heart problems, and have lung problems, all my abdominal organs were on the outside when i was born so that had to be all patched up so therefor no belly button there, and the list goes on.

I would be hard pressed to believe that this kind of mutation was due to any form of drugs or alcohol...your message overall in terms of how heartless people tend to be is true though. Deformations to this degree tend to be heavily genetic flaws...drugs and alcohol tend to cause nervous system damage or malformation more often than not, whereas this is clearly some form of serious chromosomal malediction that has placed what appears to be a mouth where two eyes should be.
