So he's not in favor of Justices who will limit their role to just interpreting the law (as passed by the legislative branch). He wants Justices who will "look in their heart" and will speak for the powerless.
Well...sounds to me like he's all in favor of judicial activism. Unelected judges overturning the will of the people (as represented in laws passed by elected congressmen) based on their own peronal opinion of what's "right".
Just wait till we have a far-Right judiciary.
