Chill out people. Lots of dogs sing/howl along with all kinds of musical sounds, even human singing -- a remnant of their "memory" of howling with a pack. If this dog was in pain she'd be trying to get away or trying to protect her ears which she obviously isn't.

I miss my saint bernard! :( Also, it might not actually be hurting his ears. When I play piano, my St. will come down stairs from the second floor to sing next to the piano!

That said, a trumpet has a sharper timbre than piano, so it might be hurting his ears.

Either way I love your dog, and I really miss mine! :)
