I think alot of employers themselves dont mind hiring felons or whatever, its just a liability issue anymore, everyone is sue happy nowadays. People will sue just because they are working next to a felon and feel their lives are in danger, even if the eximate isnt even making trouble. Especially sex offenders, just to hear the words sex offender makes people cringe and make unrational assumptions and complain!
