@WTF1920. This is a concept video, so i am sure that they are working on this tech now, but i am not sure they would be able to bring it to market by 2013. Nothing is that far out about this technology to say it will take them to 2050 to develope it, much of it is already there, it is just about putting it in a product that the consumer can buy at the right price point.
