There are sufferrings since humans chose to turn thier heads from God.But God so love us that He still made a way for us to be saved and spend everlasting life with him in heaven by just recieving Jesus in our lives and believing that He died to redeem us and was risen again..The everlasting life that you can spend in heaven cannot be compared with the sufferrings that you experience here on earth... :)

Jesus had to die because in the days before he arrived, sins were forgiven through sacrifices. So since sin is death, what can counter death? Life and what represented life? Blood.
